"I was a regular customer till now and used to think the owner is genuine guy but very disappointed this time and won't to be buying again anything from here. "Had bought set of branded pipes for geyser from here (not even 1 month back) there was leakage issue from one of the pipes so got it checked from plumber but he told me pipe has manufacturing defect. So as per warranty it can be replaced so took it to shop and explained the issue. Shop owner gave some justifications (extra pressure and not installed properly) and told to do extra rubber gasket and teflon tape which again I got done but no change. In short he refused to replace it which he can easily send back to supplier." Funny part is other pipe is just fine there was issue with only 1. Just want to convey to the shipowner it's not about the money (anyways I will buy a new one) but is about customer service and satisfaction. Highly disappointed will not recommend."
